Olitalia seed line offers a wide range of edible oils, ideal for all cooking uses.
Olitalia sunflower oil is ideal for the preparation of sauces, such as mayonnaise, side dishes and salads.

Also good for cooking, frying and baking but since it is high in polyunsaturated fats, its even more suited for dressings and sauces than as a cooking or frying oil.
